Greg Dye has a passion for art that transcends 30 yrs. of creativity and development into a unique style of impressionism. Spontaneous strokes of thick, rich colors, layer upon layer, applied with a palette knife gives Greg an aesthetic uniquely his own. Shapes and images begin to appear and emerge through the paint. His landscapes can appear to be in constant motion as if a gentle breeze is caressing a meadow of wild flowers or guiding the cascading waters of a mountain stream. Greg says, "Once I know where the lighting is coming from the rest is a playground of abstraction".
